Van Holsbeeck wants to enlarge Vanden Stock Stadium

Manager Van Holsbeeck is again considering to enlarge the Vanden Stock Stadium. "Since the politicians are blocking our plans to build a new stadium, we have no other options left", he said.


"From 2010 on, the UEFA obligates teams to play their European games in stadiums with at least 30.000 seats. Time is running out for us, so we have to find a solution. We can construct a third ring on our current stadium", he explained.
