Tonight, Mbark Boussoufa plays a friendly interland with Morocco against the Red Devils. To the newspapers, Boussoufa tells that he thought about applying for the Belgian nationality.

"René Vandereycken had asked a Dutch journalist if I'd choose for Holland or for Morocco", Boussoufa tells in "Gazet Van Antwerpen" and "Het Nieuwsblad". "At that moment, I have thought for a while of becoming a Belgian. Belgium has given me a lot, here is where I developped as a professional soccer player. Hadn't I chosen for Morocco, it would have been a hard choice between Holland and Belgium."

For the midfielder, tonight is his first selection for Morocco. "Since I was injured during the Africa Cup, this is my first selection for Morocco", explains Boussoufa. "I will be glad if I get to play for half an hour. Of course it's a great feeling to play against Belgium. I already warned my team mates of Anderlecht that they will have to keep their legs closed."
