Next week, ex-Anderlecht player and co-trainer Glen De Boeck is coming to the Astridpark as coach of the successfull team Cercle Bruges. Cercle won yesterday evening convincingly from KV Mechelen with 2-0.

"It will be difficult, but not unreachable", De Boeck looks forward to the game against Anderlecht. "We're going to prepare the game well and go to the Vanden Stockstadium with pulled knives. Not because of hard feelings, because just like Peter Maes, I lived beautiful moments in Brussels. The match doesn't have to be about me, Besnik Hasi and Oleg Iachtchouk have a purple-white past too."

Stijn De Smet won't be there against Anderlecht next week. The striker of Cercle Bruges grabbed his third yellow card against Mechelen and is suspended as a consequence.
